Box Hero: Our Promise & Warranty

At Box Hero, we believe in the quality and craftsmanship of our underwear. Each pair is made with carefully selected fabrics and designed to last, becoming a reliable part of your everyday essentials. We stand by our products, which is why we offer a 12-month warranty on all Box Hero items, starting from your date of purchase.

Should you find any defects in the material or workmanship within this period, we will happily replace the product or any necessary components, free of charge.

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

  • Proof of Purchase: To claim your warranty, please provide your order number or sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Visible Evidence: We'll need clear photos or videos to help us understand the defect.
  • Quality Inspection: In some cases, we may ask you to return the item for a closer look. If a return is needed, we'll provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
  • Replacement Only: This warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts or the entire product within the warranty period. We do not offer refunds under this warranty.
  • Substitutions: If an exact replacement isn't available, we reserve the right to offer a substitute product of identical type and quality.

What Our Warranty Doesn't Cover:

Our warranty is designed to protect against manufacturing defects, not everyday wear and tear or accidental damage. We cannot be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages. All guarantees will be void for any products or parts that have been repaired, replaced, or modified without our consent.

Specifically, this warranty does not cover:

  • Improper Use or Care: Issues arising from incorrect washing, drying, or general care instructions not followed.
  • Misuse/Accidents: This includes, but is not limited to, damage from falls, extreme temperatures, exposure to harsh chemicals, or attachment of unauthorised accessories.
  • Third-Party Repairs: Any repairs or alterations made or attempted by parties other than Box Hero.
  • External Damage: Damage caused by external sources (e.g., pets, sharp objects).
  • Lost or Stolen Products: We cannot replace items that have been lost or stolen.
  • Expired Warranty: Items beyond their 12-month warranty period.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Any other conditions beyond the reasonable control of Box Hero.

Purchases from Non-Official Channels:

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official Box Hero website. It does not extend to items provided by non-official websites or activities, including any unauthorised retailers. If you purchased from an authorised retailer, please consult their specific warranty policy, as it may differ from ours.
